HERE'S WHAT I BELIEVE:

I believe that a in order to truly thrive, we need to establish an environment that allows our body to optimize its ability to function as nature intended before our modern lifestyle got in the way.

 

Our body is designed to feel good. It’s true! However, most of us haven’t experienced what this feels like because we aren’t living a life that supports a thriving and physically healthy body. Most of us are caught in the trap of survival, disconnected from a life experiences that nourishes us physically and emotionally.

In order to release weight, to create energy, to allow for sleep, to reduce inflammation, to regulate hormones, to reduce our stress load, to reverse chronic “dis-ease," to enhance digestion...the list goes on...we need to create habits and an environment that supports physical and mental/emotional health.

 

When I talk about creating habits and an environment to support physical health, I take a holistic approach. I know that a very big part of why people have no energy, struggle with weight gain, and experience chronic health conditions has to do with what they are putting into their body in terms of diet, but here’s the thing: it’s not only about that. In fact, I believe that food is only about 50% of what is responsible for our vitality and our happiness!

So yes, I focus on food because it’s really important. It has a huge impact on our health and how we feel.

 

But what sets me apart, is that I also focus on the other 50% - the other half of your nourishment, which looks like passion, life purpose, career, joy, pleasure, relationships...in other words, it’s the other 50% of nourishment you are bringing into your life.

 

Here’s a great analogy to drive this home for you. I hope you’ll play along with me for a moment! Imagine for a minute, that you’re a flowering tree. It can be a cherry tree, a dogwood, a magnolia, a redbud, or your tree of choice. Do you have your visual?

 

As we work together and you start nourishing yourself with the right foods, self-care and lifestyle activities that you need to thrive, your tree grows deep, healthy roots. This is the first step: you create a strong and healthy root system in the form of physical health.

Then, as you start incorporating nourishment that feeds your spirit, your tree starts to flower. The flowers are your relationships, your career satisfaction, your happiness, your spiritual connection, and ultimately, your deep connection to your core essence as a woman in a body that feels alive and vibrant.

WHY AM I THE RIGHT PERSON TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE THIS? LET ME TELL YOU.

After dealing with my own health crisis, a struggle to manage anxiety and burnout, losing my sense of self and deep connection to my body and spirit through my parenting and marriage journey, I have emerged stronger, healthier and way happier, helping women do the same. In short, I have been there! I know what it’s like to experience the health crisis, the weight gain (and subsequent weight release), the loss of sense of self that comes from losing ourselves in the care of others. I get it.

 

I have 7 years of experience coaching and have coached numerous women into better health and more happiness. I am a certified Holistic Health Coach, graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012. As an avid learner, I am currently enrolled in The School of Applied Functional Medicine to hone my skills even more and to help women get to the root cause of their symptoms of “chronic dis-ease.”

I guide women through a multi-step approach to achieve their own version of optimal physical health, during which I also help them touch base with their true, authentic self as a woman and find joyful expression in multiple areas of their lives.

My expertise comes from years of study with mentors like Regena Thomashaeur, Fabienne Fredrickson and Stacey Martino, experts in teaching how to nurture the innate core feminine to emerge into her natural state of flow and “being” while shifting out of the masculine framework of doing, pushing and constant action. This is the journey of finding our natural expression and the experience of being our authentic selves.

This is perfect for you if you already have a decent level of physical health and happiness, moderate health concerns, and a moderate amount of weight to release, but you just need a some support and accountability to reach your goals.

This package includes:

 

  • 6 50-minute coaching video calls 

  • Customized food plan and guidance OR if applicable, access to a full, comprehensive guided weight-release and anti-inflammatory eating program created by a female OBGYN physician for women in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s, who are going through the hormonal roller-coaster that comes at this time of life. This is the same program I followed to release 20 pounds of weight at the age of 44

  • Handouts, tools and homework

  • Email access Monday-Thursday for clarification and questions about your program. These emails are not intended for coaching, but rather for clarifying something already introduced during one of our sessions

OPTION 2: Six Month Revitalization Package

This program is for you if you have chronic health issues, a significant amount of weight to release, deep patterns of stress or anxiety, feel very out of touch with your body and your connection to yourself, and know that you need longer-term support to reach your goals.

  • 18 50-minute coaching calls (approx. 3 per month) which allows for one week per month to assimilate and digest what you’re learning
